According to the Federal Trading Commission (FTC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission, all financial institutions are obligated in conformity with

the anti money laundering laws (AML) that control money laundering and maintain the integrity and security of the international banking and financial institutions. ForexGen is regulated by the international authorities against money laundering and in full compliance with the International Laws
 
As a spot forex broker and market maker, ForexGen doesn’t offer any futures that require NFA’s full futures regulation package. However, as we are deeply interested to comply with the USA highest regulation authority, we do comply with all NFA’s regulations for spot market and Anti Money Laundry laws.
ForexGen’s global coverage and registrations in most of the European countries that are members in the European Union, is giving it a regulation and compliance responsibility. Fully compliant with the EU regulations are insured through our registrations and auditing all over the EU.
